Green Smoothie Bowl

There is a huge delicious and healthy trend right now to make smoothies nice and thick and top them with all kinds of goodness. Here is my end result full of cleansing greens, spirulina for B12, pea protein to feed the muscles and coconut kefir to help heal the gut. So much power in one little bowl! Here is how you create this little gem:

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 tsp coconut kefir
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 tbs "The Healthy Chef" vanilla pea protein powder
1 handful of fresh kale or spinach
Water or Pure Essence coconut water to whatever consistency you like
Toppings optional: banana, berries, seeds, nuts, goji berries, coconut etc etc

Method:
Chuck it all in a high speed blender and blend!!
