Gentle Living to me is about being kind to yourself, to the planet and to all whom surround you. I don't believe in perfection or following any specific diet. I believe in loving your body, loving all you have in your life right in this moment and being conscious of your footprint on the planet or your impact on people around you. You can eat the 'cleanest' diet or have the most 'fit' body but if you still have negative thoughts about yourself and your body or find yourself isolated from friends and family, then I don't think that is living life to the fullest.
